Broccoli And Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 oz.) frozen green peas
dash of lemon juice
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped fine
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Thaw broccoli; drain well and squeeze out all water.
Thaw peas on paper towels.
Put vegetables in bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add celery, onion, salt and pepper.
Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together and toss with vegetables.
