Pizza Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 clove garlic
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine tomato paste, salt and water in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes.
    Combine other ingredients except cheeses, using 1/2 cup of cooled sauce. Shape and put in loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Pour remaining sauce over meat loaf; sprinkle with cheeses and bake 10 minutes more.
