Peach Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
2 large cans peaches
1 c. peach juice
1 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Put peaches in 9 x 12-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar over peaches.
Mix cake as usual but instead of water use peach juice.
Pour over peaches.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Good served with ice cream.
