Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oats
    2 c. sour milk
    2/3 c. Crisco
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Soak the oats and sour milk for 1/2 hour.
    Cream together the Crisco, brown sugar and eggs.
    Add the flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
    Add the oatmeal mixture.
    Stir just to blend. Fill paper lined muffin tins 1/2 full.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0. Makes 24.
