Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then roll out and cut. Place on cookie sheet. Mixture will be soft. You may set in refrigerator until cool. Will be easier to work with. Roll lightly and cut. Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly brown.
