Steak And Sweetbread Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lemons
    1 lb. veal sweetbreads
    1 tsp. salt
    4 slices turkey bacon
    1 lb. sirloin tips
    ground pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 stick light butter
    2 Tbsp. dried tarragon
    4 (12-inch) skewers
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, squeeze lemons and salt. Combine sweetbreads with 1 quart of water to pan.
    Allow lemon juice and salt to boil.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Saute turkey and bacon.
    Drain. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
