Easy Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    10 1/4 oz. Pepperidge Farm stroganoff gravy with sliced mushrooms (98% fat-free)
    4 c. hot, cooked, medium egg noodles
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat in 1 tablespoon of margarine, cook half of the chicken until browned.
    Remove. Repeat with remaining chicken.
    Reduce heat to medium.
    In same skillet, cook mushrooms and onion until tender and liquid is evaporated.
    Stir often.
    Add gravy and sour cream.
    Return chicken to skillet.
    Hat through, stirring occasionally.
    Garnish with parsley.
