Spinach Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bacon
    10 oz. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. onions, minced
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp. Drain. Cook spinach; drain. Beat egg with milk and salt. Stir in the spinach, bacon, bread crumbs, minced onion and 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with additional cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
