Smoked Oyster Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can smoked oysters
    3/4 c. celery
    1/2 c. onions
    4 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
    8 crackers, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. bacon grease
    liquid from oysters
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Finely chop oysters, celery and onions.
    Combine first 6 ingredients and mix with cheese.
    Add liquid from can of oysters. Refrigerate 2 1/2 hours.
    Serve with crackers.
