Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. shredded zucchini
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add sugar, oil and zucchini.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Add raisins that have been floured first to keep from sinking to the bottom of pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
You may substitute bananas for the zucchini.
