Brown Sugar Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the butter, shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add dry ingredients, milk and vanilla. Beat well. Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 50 minutes. Remove from pan and cover with glaze while cake is still hot.
