Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. milk, scalded and cooled
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    4 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick margarine and combine with milk, eggs, sugar, salt and yeast that has dissolved in warm water.
    Using electric mixer, beat in 2 cups flour, stir in remaining flour by hand. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    The next day, on a floured board, roll out dough.
    Knead and place in a well-greased loaf pan or muffin pan for rolls.
    Let rise now for 2 hours.
    Brush tops with remaining stick of butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
