Nacho Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1/2 lb. hot or mild sausage
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat and sausage.
    Drain fat.
    Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Serve over chips.
