Easy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and soda.
    Add beaten eggs and cooking oil.
    Blend well.
    Beat in carrots and nuts. Pour into a tube pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
