Tomato Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. tomatoes
    5 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. Sure-Jell
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and chop in cubes.
    If lots of juice, drain some.
    Mash tomatoes.
    Put in pot and add lemon juice and Sure-Jell.
    Bring to rolling boil.
    Add sugar and bring back to rolling boil.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Turn off heat and put in jars.
