Busy Day Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 fryer chicken, cut up in serving pieces
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Scatter rice on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Lay pieces of chicken, skin side up on top of rice.
    Combine soup, water and onion soup mix.
    Mix well and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
