Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced pared potatoes
    1/4 c. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0 (moderate). Arrange potatoes in four layers in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle the first 3 layers with 1 tablespoon onion, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Sprinkle last layer with remaining onion, salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Pour hot milk over potatoes and bake covered 30 minutes. Bake uncovered 60 to 70 minutes longer. Yields 4 servings.
