Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 bag taco Doritos chips
    1/2 lb. cheese (either Cheddar, American or Mozzarella)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and green bell pepper together; drain grease.
    Mix together soups, beans and Ro-Tel with ground beef and simmer.
