Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. coconut (to mix in batter)
    1 c. coconut (to roll batter in)
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add egg.
    Sift salt, baking powder and flour.
    Add to creamed mixture, then add vanilla and 1 cup of coconut.
    Using teaspoon, make ball and roll in coconut. Bake at 350\u00b0.
