South Of The Border Chip Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large Velveeta cheese block
    1/4 c. milk
    1 lb. hamburger or sausage meat
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
    1/4 to 1/2 c. picante (optional)
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Cut up Velveeta cheese into small squares and place in crock-pot on high.
    Add milk.
    While cheese is melting, brown, then drain meat.
    Add meat and sauces to crock-pot, turn to low setting.
    When cheese is melted completely, serve with chips.
