Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large acorn squash
    8 Tbsp. maple syrup
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    sprinkle of nutmeg
Preparation
    Prick squash several times.
    Microwave on High, about 11 to 13 minutes, until soft when pricked with a fork.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Cut in half and remove seeds.
    Place cut side up in a 10-inch square casserole.
    Set aside.
