Turkey Tetrazzini(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 8 oz. turkey, chopped fine or sliced thin
    2 1/2 c. cooked spaghetti, drained
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms, sauteed
    1/2 c. black olives, sliced
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix drained spaghetti, mushrooms, olives and pimento.
    Blend cream of mushroom soup with chicken broth and microwave on Medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
    Add cooking sherry and cheese to sauce.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Mix sauce with spaghetti mixture and turkey.
