Hot Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 cans creamed corn
    1/4 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. garlic
    1 large can chopped green chilies
    1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine eggs, corn, corn meal, oil, garlic salt and baking soda in large bowl.
    Pour half of mix into a casserole.
    Top with chilies and half of cheese.
    Cover with remaining mixture and top with the balance of cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
