Basic Sweet Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Scald milk. Cool to lukewarm; add flour to make a thick batter.
    Add yeast and eggs; beat well.
    Add flour to make a soft dough; knead until satiny.
    Place in greased bowl and let rise until double in bulk.
    Shape into any kind of roll.
    Let rise until light.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
