Baked Fillet(Tastes Like Lobster!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut fillets into serving pieces. Place in greased shallow baking dish or pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice, paprika and a dash of salt and pepper. In saucepan, blend 2 tablespoons of butter with flour and dash each of salt and pepper; add milk all at once. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly; pour over fish. Blend crumbs with remaining butter and sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
