Homemade Salami - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. hamburger
2 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. hickory smoked salt
1 tsp. sage
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
5 heaping Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
-
Break up hamburger.
Mix next 8 ingredients in bowl and pour over meat.
Add water and smoke. Mix well.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
