German Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    5 egg yolks
    3/4 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Heat milk.
    Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch with small amount of heated milk.
    Stir in egg yolks.
    Cook until thick.
    Add unmelted butter, vanilla, chips to color, coconut and pecans.
    Cool shortly. Put into a 9-inch baked pie shell.
