Company Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Armour dried sliced beef
boneless, skinless chicken breast portions, halved
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Lightly grease and line 9 x 13-inch baking pan with 1/2 of the dried beef slices.
Place chicken breasts over beef slices.
Place remaining beef slices on top of chicken breasts, set aside.
Mix cream of mushroom soup, milk and sour cream and pour over beef and chicken.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours, then increase temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
