Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. shrimp, cleaned and cooked
    1/2 large onion
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of garlic salt
    3/4 cooked rice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Make a sauce by adding soup, lemon juice and seasonings.
    Fold rice and shrimp into sauce.
    Then fold in sour cream and pour into one-quart buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
