Homemade Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 qt. water (boiling)
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt together.
    Beat eggs well; add to flour mixture.
    Blend together until it becomes very thick.
    Roll out very thin onto waxed paper that has been well floured.
    Cut into 1/2-inch wide strips.
    Stack strips (well floured); cut 1/4-inch wide.
    Drop into boiling water, a few at a time, and stir.
    Cook until tender.
    Add Meat Sauce.
