Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    9 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 (5 oz.) jar horseradish
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Combine wine and cubed cheese in saucepan.
    Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Pour into small crocks and refrigerate.
