Lemon Cake-Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust for 9 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate
    3 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
    2/3 c. lemon juice
    1 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour (that's right!)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 2/3 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 1/2 minute, add flour and milk gradually until well blended.
    Add salt and sugar, mix thoroughly, until mixture has a smooth running texture.
    (If too thick, add milk, if too thin, add small portion of flour.)
