Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. spinach liquor
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1/4 Tbsp. celery salt
    1/4 Tbsp. garlic salt
    6 oz. roll jalapeno cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain and keep liquid.
    Melt butter over low heat.
    Add flour, stirring until blended and smooth.
    Add onion until cooked, but not brown.
    Add liquid slowly.
    Stir to avoid lumps.
    Cook until smooth and thick.
    Add seasonings, cheese and milk.
    Stir until melted.
    Combine with spinach in casserole dish.
