1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cream-style corn
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients together and pour into a HOT, greased 9-inch square pan or iron skillet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
