Vegetable Medley Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 c. green pepper strips
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    2 c. sliced cucumbers
    4 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    Onion Dressing
Preparation
    In a large straight sided salad dish, layer half of each bread crumbs, green peppers, cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, celery and Onion Dressing.
    Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Serves 8.
