Old Norm'S Meat Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    celery (1/2 volume of diced onions)
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. stuffing mix
    1 medium sweet pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. ground sage
    7/8 cube margarine
    1 tsp. thyme leaves
Preparation
    Dice the onions; cook in some oil.
    The oil should have some olive oil mixed in proportions of 1/4 olive oil to 1 of cooking oil.
    Cook onions, pepper and celery until there are no crunchies. Add in the spices in the onion mixture; simmer for 14 minutes. Cook the meat; pour off the liquid.
    Mix the two meats and onion-spice together.
    Add water and stir.
    Mix, taste and brag until it is mushy.
    Cook either inside the turkey, or bake in the oven until the crust is formed on top of the dressing, in bread pans.
