Fat Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients. Place in a large casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until brown.
