Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 crowns broccoli (flowerets only)
    1 medium red onions, chopped fine
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    10 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1 tsp. wine vinegar
    1 c. sunflower seeds (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix together the mayonnaise, wine vinegar and sugar; toss with broccoli, raisins, onion, bacon and sunflower seeds.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Will keep well in the refrigerator.
