Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped mushrooms
    2 cans chicken broth
    3 c. light cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped fine
    1/4 c. onion or chives, chopped fine
    1/4 c. dry Vermouth (optional)
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms with chicken broth 20 minutes.
    Add cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, parsley and onion.
    Simmer approximately 1/2 hour.
