Cottage Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 thinly sliced onion
    1 strip green pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    ground pepper to taste
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Put ingredients into blender.
    Cover.
    Blend 10 seconds. Yield:
    1 1/4 cups, about 10 calories per tablespoon.
