Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large or 2 small pkg. cherry jello
2 c. very hot water
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple juice
2 orange rinds, ground
2 c. cranberries, ground
2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation

Dissolve in bowl the jello, very hot water, sugar and lemon juice.
Place in 9 x 12-inch dish and refrigerate until partially set.
When partially set, add pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, orange rinds, celery, nuts and cranberries.
Refrigerate.
