Dutch Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    4 c. rhubarb, cut into fine 1/2-inch pieces
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine (save for top)
Preparation
    Place cut rhubarb in shell.
    Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over rhubarb.
    Sprinkle with melted butter or margarine. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes; then reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
    Cover crust with foil if it becomes too brown during final 10 to 15 minutes.
