Mexican Beef And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. canned tomatoes or tomato sauce
Preparation

Cook beef, onion and chili powder in skillet over medium heat until onions are soft.
Stir in rice and tomatoes.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cheese.
Serve with cornbread or corn chips.
Serves 3 or 4.
