Chicken For Fifty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 (2 to 3 lb.) fryers, cut into serving pieces
    1 lb. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. shortening
Preparation
    Mix flour and seasonings.
    Roll chicken in flour.
    Brown chicken in hot shortening.
    Place in large pans.
    Bake, skin side up at 325\u00b0, until tender.
    Check to see if juices run clear, 45 to 60 minutes.
