Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. pecans
1 single crust pastry
Preparation

Cream the sugar and butter. Add syrup and salt; beat well. Beat in eggs, one at a time, and add pecans.
Pour into a 9-inch pastry lined pie pan. Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
