Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. warm water
2 tsp. baking powder
4 to 5 c. flour
2 c. nuts
2 c. raisins
2 large jars grape jam
Preparation

Start with 4 1/2
cups\tflour.\tMake a well and add all other ingredients into
the
center.
Mix well, blending flour from the sides
of
the
well,
adding
more
flour if needed. Dough should be\teasy
to
handle, not sticky.
Cut dough into five sections. Roll
each\tsection
to
1/4
inch\tthickness. Spread with grape jam (or any other) and sprinkle with raisins and nuts.
Roll the dough
(3
or 4 times) and place the seam side down on a
greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
