Curried Chicken Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large chicken breasts
    1/4 c. butter
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. converted rice
    1 can (2 c.) chicken broth
    1 small can coconut
    3 c. milk
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Dry chicken breasts.
    Melt 1/4 cup butter.
    Add 2 cloves garlic.
    Saute garlic until brown.
    Throw garlic pieces out and saute chicken breasts at 300\u00b0 until done.
    Debone and remove skin. Cut meat into bite-size pieces.
    Set aside.
    Cook 1 cup converted rice in 1 can chicken broth.
    Cook until rice absorbs broth.
