Deviled Crab Pate(Makes 1 Cup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh crab meat
1/4 c. celery, cut into 1/4-inch squares
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. scallions, cut in 1/4-inch slices
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Let butter stand at room temperature, until it is soft enough to spread easily.
Check crab meat to make sure all shells are removed.
Put all ingredients into blender; blend at high speed until a smooth mixture is reached.
Form into a ball.
Chill in the refrigerator.
Makes 1 cup.
