Snappy Santa Fe Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. ground turkey
    24 saltine crackers, crushed
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. mild picante sauce
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    2 tsp. Mexican seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onions, peppers, celery and garlic in skillet until soft.
    Combine the remaining ingredients.
    Shape mixture into a loaf and place in loaf pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for 45 minutes until brown.
