Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (canned or fresh)
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks melted butter (3/4 c.)
1 tsp. walnut or vanilla extract
1 c. flaked coconut
5 eggs, beaten
1 c. cream or condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Save some coconut for top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 12.
